Mr Peake has over 10 years’ experience and runs classes in Cathays and Llandaff North.
His background in Personal Training means that he applies knowledge of movement and strength to his coaching methods, always looking to pass on his passion to his students.
He has represented the UK at European Championships in 2015 and World Championships 2018.
