Most of our Hubs are also home to a library service. As a library member you can make the most of our range of physical books and electronic resources.

General Library services

You can join the library for free which allows you to:

  • Browse and borrow books, audiobooks and more
  • Use public computers to access the internet, word processing apps and resources including family history tools like Find my Past and Ancestry
  • Scan, copy and print documents (charges may apply). You can print wirelessly at our Hubs and Libraries with your phone or tablet.

Electronic Resources

If you are a member of Cardiff Libraries you can borrow eBooks, eAudiobooks and eMagazines 24 hours a day, and access a range of other electronic resources from home and within the Hubs and Libraries.

You can access:

  • eBooks
  • eAudiobooks
  • eMagazines and Newspapers
  • eReference Material
